Mr.Brightside - Ivory Orphan by Sean Berrigan

_MG_3284.jpg

Over the last year my good friend Jared has transitioned into an incredible barber. I really love seeing people who are truly passionate about their craft with a burning need to constantly improve and perfect their process. Jared set up a makeshift barbering setup in his apartment and invited me and our bud Mike over for a chill sesh, some drinks and a quick trim. The light coming from a couple tall windows shining into his place was perfect and worked perfect to give me a soft but contrasty light to work with. If you're in Charlottetown, PEI and are looking for a dope barber, you can find Jared cutting at Humble Barber in Charlottetown. Special thanks to Suavacito Pomade and Peace Collective for sending some of the things featured in these shots.

Farewell to the legendary Honest Ed's by Sean Berrigan

We recently stopped into the final farewell art event commemorating the end to the legendary Honest Ed's building here in Toronto, named after the great American/Canadian businessman philanthropist Ed Mirvish. A group of volunteers by the name of Toronto For Everyone pulled together an incredible example of how strong our creative community is here in Toronto. The environment created, showcased the art instillations in a non-stop maze of visual stimulation. I can't say I remember many of the artists who had their art on display but I hope they find these photos somehow. Enjoy.
